Is amd radeon hd 7760g any good for gaming

I was wondering if my computer was any good for gaming,here are some of the specs:
2gb Amd radeon hd 7760g dedicated graphics card
1tb hard drive
8gb ram
I7-3612qM processor
I was wanting to play games like skyrim,mw3,minecraft etc
