Saphire 6850 Thermal Paste change question:

Hi guys, after my last sucessful change on temperature from my CPU:

( Man it was getting even at 90° C now it's around 40 - 47 on full load =)    

I want to change the thermal paste of my 6850, hope it will affect it's temepratures,
it's getting around 68 °C under full load, and since it's around a year and a half I have it
and I never touched that thing, and it's stock, maybe it could be nice to check it out.

My question is, the RAMs on it doesn't have any heat dissipation thing, right?
If so, how important is it for me to have those? The stock cooler has NO way of cooling that?
