Hi, the PC is mainly for gaming then some video editing, youtube then... HW . My budget is around 550 $;

you wont be able to game with this pc as it does not have a graphics card, video editing will be okay but with a graphics card you can use something called openGL hardware acceleration in more powerful software such as sony vegas and adobe after effects, and if you decide to buy a mid-higher end graphics card you will need a better power supply.
