Need a good gpu for my build.

So I'm torn between choosing a GPU. My current build looks like this.

CPU : i5-3750K
MoBo : ASRock Z77 Extreme4
Ram : 8GB Corsair Vengence
PSU : Corsair 750w
Cooler : CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO.

So I'm deciding between the Gigabyte GT660 TI or the AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB O/C Version. Here's the deal, they cost the same in my country. Another option is, spent another extra $100 and get the Gigabyte GTX670.
I could also get the MSI R7950 Twin Frozr (3GBDDR5) which cost $5 more then AMD Radeon HD 7950 although I'm not sure if the MSI version can o/c or if its any better. I need your opinion, note this is my first build ever.

Is PhysX important to you? If not, go MSI HD 7950 hands down. If it is important to you (you are playing/want to play games with it, like Borderlands 2), go for GTX 660 Ti.

in my opinion the Twin frozr is amazing as its quiet and cools and ocs great ? go with the HD 7950
