HP Printer

I do not know if this is the right thread to ask this question, but here goes...

I just had my ink cartridges refilled and the printer does not print. The screen on the printer says the following:

"No Mech Mode"
"Used Black Print Cartridge Installed...Press ok to continue...
...Pressed OK...
"Used Tri-Color Print Cartridge Installed... Press OK to continue..."
Green light comes on....
Print something and it says "printing" but nothing happens.
Also when I bring up the devices/printers menu, It says my printer is offline... I do not understand how this can happen.
