Well, a friend and I were having trouble taking a photo with a Nikon coolpix
camera in macro mode. We called Nikon, had a tech on the phone in about 5
minutes and he walked us though the process. Very pleasant experience.

I can't decide between the N70 & D20, so it's pretty much a toss up.
Either camera would work exceptionally well for me, so I figure I'd give
the nod to the one with better customer service.
Anyone has experience (good or bad)?
