  1. Check out my $650 build here:

    OS $80: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-Details.asp?EdpNo=4864601&sku=M17-8100&SRCCODE=WEM3308TT&cm_mmc=email-_-Main-_-WEM3308-_-tigeremail3308&utm_source=EML&utm_medium=main&utm_campaign=WEM3308&cm_lm=dannyhyu@msn.com
    Total: $700 flat.

Check out my link though, you'll get a solid build with room for upgrades. Overclocking is available since all Piledriver/Bulldozer chips are unlocked, with the motherboard you'll be able to Crossfire however not with the PSU.

If you don't know what SLI/Crossfire is, it is the dual card setup for Nvidia and AMD respectively.
1080P is the general resolution now a days, is your monitor budget included in your total budget? If so, some tweaking would have to be made.
  2. sounds like a pretty sick build man.. and the monitor is not included in the build money... i have one already. and would you think i could run grand theft auto on high fps settings? becuase i want a mainly gaming computer so i can run some pretty good settings.
  3. Yes it'll be pretty solid, good enough for even BF3 on High settings without turning on AA. You'll be solid.
