BSOD when 3d games

tried older drivers, still the same
for GPU temp, i will check it later
i am using dell XPS8300, the PSU should be ok (although i forgot the W)
somehow faulty RAM can be a cause, let me also run memtest tonight

for ram running a memtest would def tell you if thats the case...you should run the test with one dimm in at a time so you can narrow it down.....get back to me with gpu temp and while you are in there messing with the ram take a peek at your psu label and let me know what it says for wattage. also maybe try and clean out the dust while you are in there make sure to get the gpu good

just finished memtest, tested all 4 sticks individually, 8-25 passes

PSU - 460W, it came with whole package when i purchased dell 8300xps
have been running for an year smoothly without any single freeze at all

just happened since last thursday :-(
