I have an ATI Radeon X1650 video card. It's top resolution is 1600 x 1200, and my 23" HP monitor's native rssolution is 1900 x 1080. Where do I find the resolution stats for a dual video card that offers resolution up to or beyond 1900 x 1080? Also, does it matter if I use a regular PCI or do I have to stay with PCI Express? I also need a VGA out, as my HP monitors do not inputs for DVI, which means the EVGA GeForce 620 won't work for me. I don't care what brand it is, so long as it supports at least 1900 x 1080.

PCI based graphics are going to be tough to get 1080p on.

As far as PCI-e based cards, check on Nvidia's website or AMD's website for specific resolutions for a graphic card.

You can also check max res supported on Newegg.
