Hi,

HP PrecisionScan doesn't work when logging in as a
regular user.

When I change the "permissions" to power users, it works
fine.

The error is "Sorry cannot access your scanner ..."

Upon clicking Yes or No, I get "HP PrecisionScan MFC
Application has encountered a problem ..."

I have updated the application to the latest version 3.04

I have verified that svchost is running.

I am not sure if this is HP PrecisionScan problem or
Windows XP problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
