So i just build up a new *SabertoothZ77, *i5 3570k system and to my shagrin the mobo is Doa with a dead pci-e slot... at least thats what i was told. but i have other suspensions. *Too much thermal paste maybe?*, definitely not a doa video card, since I'm using it as we speak, also the ram is fine also using as we speak, but that leaves me with the *power-supply, *mobo and *cpu. When I did the first boot no post, power was on fans spinning and getting beep codes like a mofo.... and a red led indicating a *pci-e problem, power is fully on fans spinning leds lighting, (kinda ruling psu out at this point). And to my knowledge i wouldn't be getting beep codes if its the cpu. i could be wrong, but i highly doubt its anything but the mobo at this point.
On a side note when i received the package from newegg i received a dead Hdd with a broken L connector. The mobo and the Hdd are already RMA'd.
