how i can identify my ddr memory???? i just bought a 256meg for pc2100 from MICRON but im really not sure its come from this compagny,the only numbers i see is:2116801a and rhq256ddr(from a sticker) and on each chip i can see sr16mxddr,i see other number on the plate ist buda84a can someone help me??? im really consused

try using sisoftsandra, I think it may tell you what you want.

Does CTSPD work with DDR RAM? If it does, then that might be a program to try.
