First Time Pc Builder Help

Hi I am going to build a pc for my first time in the next week or two and wanted some help, what I currently have planned so far is this.

Case: Zalman Z11 Plus Mid Tower ATX Case Black

Processor: Intel Core i3-2120 Dual-Core Processor 3.3 GHz 3 MB Cache LGA 1155

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-H61M-DS2 LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

RAM: PNY Optima 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC3-10666 1333MHz DDR3 Desktop DIMMs Memory Kit

Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti Fermi 822MHZ 1024MB 4008MHZ GDDR5 2XDVI Mini-HDMI PCI-E Video Card

Power Supply: Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500w Power Supply

So basically I'm wondering if I put this together will it run and fully function? Also am I missing any parts/ will I need more cooling? Finally if you have any suggestions to swap something out for another part, please make it of equal or less value as I have fully used up my budget.

but none of it is probably the first choice hardware in that price bracket
