No signal on screen just black ... out of nowere

Hello,
i have a formula 3 rampage motherboard i7 cpu
9 gigs ddr2 ram and radeon hd 5870 powercolor graphic card 750 w coller master ps...
i built this computer my self and been using it for 3 years and now all of a sudden no signal on the computer screen tried another screen nothing then tried another graphic card and it was working fine for a day then the next day not even that video card works ... theres no beeping sound on startup everything commes on all fans keyboard headphones mouse everything but the screen


is the motherboard dead ?
