New custom PC, no POST, no video

So I built a PC with these parts:
Intel Core i3 3220
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7750
Corsair 4GB DDR3
Asrock H61M-HVS Motherboard
500w Modecom PSU

Here's the problem: I turn on the computer, it turns on, the LEDs turn on, fans are spinning but there's no video or motherboard beep. I've tried to replace the RAM, same problem. I've tried to clear CMOS - same problem. I've tried to run the computer without the case, tried different video cables (HDMI, DVI, VGA) and again, the same problem. I suspect it's a faulty motherboard, but maybe there's another problem?
