its decent enough for most games at high settings but only below 1080p resolution.

Try getting a more recent and/or powerful GPU if it fits your budget. The GTX 460 is a great card but a bit out of date feature-wise.

Depending on your budget upgrade to a HD7850/7870/7950 or a GTX660/660ti/670.
