Hello guys so this is going to be my first build, i was wondering if the parts are compatible with each other, and about how many FPS would i get in BF3 and Planetside 2

Maybe low 50s on Ultra no MSAA. But it will dip to 30s and spike to 80s.

The main problem with that build is the CPU. FX series are very bad for gaming, don't fall for them because of their good looks on paper. Get an Intel i3 or if you must get AMD then a Phenom quad core

I definitely agree here - the FX-6100 is not a good choice, but with the right configuring you could get an i5 and 7850 and still come out to the same price:
