Windows7 sound driver for p4i65g

good, I'm james
I installed win 7 on my pc and that almost everything well except the sound that I have not.
like to help me because I already said that there are no sound drivers for this board P4I65G. I know that the motherboard and not new but I think you guys help me succeed. Thank you.

What is your computer brand, dell, asus, toshiba etc ?
