Asus GTX 670 TOP edition issues fixed yet?

Hey T.H, was thinking about selling my 7850 to a friend for $200 and just picking up a Asus GTX 670 DCII Top for around $500. Seems like a good deal, but upon research I found that ALOT of people had issues with unstable overclocks out of the box. Now these issues were like in May, so have these issues been resolved or something? Are Asus still making these cards or just discontinued because of these issues?

They're definitely still making them. Though I am unaware of their overclock issue has been resolved.

Ok thanks, would still like an answer for the stability issue that I have seen, but apparently there is a Bios update to fix that, which I am not sure how that is given out.
