Problem with new build, please help

i just finished my new build and im really excited. but im having problems. everything hooked up right and the leds and all the fans turn on, but it just says "no signal" on all the screens i tried it on. and their is a red led by the cpu which according to the manual meens that their is a problem with the cpu, but sometimes its on the graphics card area, but its usually the cpu. i tried switching the power for both, and i tried using the onboard video. but its a no go. please help! specs are in my signature
