Computer not responding

Hello,I just recently put in my antec 902 a new cooler master 1000w power supply and a new 7850 vid card...and a 8 core proc everything is new even asus motherboard. I when to power it on and there wa no power then the power supply would come on and a light on the mobo and one drive but no fans would turn on. I dont know what is going on here
