This is my first time building a computer and I'd like to know if all these parts are compatible aka work with each other and if there's anything I'm missing or any other suggestions/ replace one component with another(with reason).

Yes it will work, but would change some things. I also assume this is a gaming rig given the component choices.

You can halve that memory to 8GB at no cost to performance.
Also not from Kingston, the majority of their kits run at 1.65v, which is bad for the Intel CPU. Go for Corsair Vengeance Low Profile or G.Skill Ares.

That heastink doesnt look all that large and has a 92mm fan. It wont cool very well due to the small heatsink and will be loud because of the small fan. I recommend a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO isntead. Should only be ~$5 more if Newegg prices are applicable.

Would swap the Agility 3 for a Vertex 4 or Samsung 830. Both perform a lot faster.

Change the HDD to a Seagate Barracuda, often much cheaper than the Caviar Blacks and are just as good.

Caan downgrade the 750W to ~600W if Crossfire/SLI is not a concern.
