Im not sure where to post this but i need some help

I'm having an issue that happens about 50% of the time when loading certain pages. I have windows 7 and a whole new computer. When I click on a page sometimes, it doesn't load the page correctly. It stays white,but when I click over to another tab and then come back to the white screen tab,everything is there. So I must change tabs back and fourth to view a new page. I Hope That's understandable lol. Please help me
