Hello all!
I want a gpu that will run all games on max for the next 3 years. Should i go with the 7950 which is cheaper but weaker , or the 7970 because in 3 years it will still be a relevant card. I don't really wanna spend more than 350 but if the 7970 will last longer then i am willing too.
Thanks and please reply! :D

The HD 7970 is definitevely a more future proof than a HD 7950.

Is it 3 year future proof? I don't plan to OC and i'm looking for it to get me through games like battlefield 4.

There no such thing as future proof however i would say it's safe to somewhat guess 7970 would get you by for 2 or 3 years if your not willing or going to oc i suggest you get a highly factory overclocked card

I can´t tell you if it is 3 year future proof, or not, but if you really want it to last longer, then for about $400 get a GTX 670 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

That will be even more true if the objective is to play Battlefield 4. Nvidia's relationship with DICE will pay dividends in the long run.
