nokia card phone + linux;

hello!

I'm looking for some information about Nokia Card
Phone 1.0 (better) or 2.0 and its cooperation with
Linux; so... before I purchase this Nokia, I'd like
to know:

1) is it possible to send SMS from Linux?? may be
a console aplication or may be library that I could
use in my application;

2) is it possible to run a software caller monitor,
so I could retrieve "calling number"?

do you have any experience??
