Unexpected crashes, Need Help!!!

Greetings!

I've been having plenty of unexpected crashes (BSOD, not returning from sleep mode etc.) on my PC for a little while and I haven't gotten to the source of the problem yet or have figured it out.

Here's my hardware specs:
Mobo: Asus M4A78T-E
CPU: Phenom II x6 1090t
GPU: HD 6870 OC' to 950MHz/1150MHz
PSU: Antec TP-new 650w
HDDs: Sealgate 1Tb 7200rpm
WD 500gb 7200rpm
WD 80gb 10Krpm
