Hi all,

I have a duo core (2GHz) HP laptop that has 2Gb ram and a mobile Intel 965 express chipset running Windows XP pro.

My problem is this:

Youtube vids on full screen at 720p used to run perfectly fine but over the last few weeks they stutter when open in full screen. What I can't understand is why 720p full screen has been fine for 3 years and now all of a sudden it's not?

Any idea's?

Can you perhaps try an offline 720p video to verify that all videos stutter, not just Youtube? If an offline video plays smoothly, you could be looking at browser, internet connection or Flash plugin issues.

Just tried using IE and videos run just fine - Chrome appears to be the problem, I love chrome though. Any idea's how I can sort this?

Thanks in advance.

Tough one... Try playing it in IE just for a comparison?

EDIT: you read my mind.. :-)

Not sure what else you can try, I'm a Firefox user myself.
