Hello, I decided to build a computer with these specs. The total cost comes to $280 including shipping (on eBay).
Case: Cooler Master - Elite 343 Micro ATX Mini Tower @ $35
Motherboard: ASRock H61M-DGS LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard @$40
Cpu: Intel Pentium G620- @$64
RAM: 2x2 GB Crucial Technology - 2GB PC3-8500 DDR3 DIMM Desktop Memory @$24
Graphics Card: Galaxy GeForce GT 440 2GB DDR3 @ $42
HDD: Western Digital Caviar 160 GB 7200 RPM @ $16
PSU:CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 430W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply @$35
DVD Drive: Hitachi GD-2000 2x IDE DVD-ROM Drive @ 15
Extra fan: Cooler Master - 120mm Case Cooling Fan @$6

My main question is, will the CPU be able to handle the graphics card without bottlenecking, and will the PSU fit in the Micro ATX case?
Will this build be able to play APB: Reloaded at Low-mid settings, BFHeroes on High, Maplestory on High, Runescape on Mid-high, and BF Play4Free on Mid-High?
If you think this build is not good and you have the time, please show me your configurations (with websites) for under $280 total. Thanks! :wahoo:

This GPU won't play games well at all. Its not a gaming card. You really want something with GDDR5 memory. You would probably want to save more as you won't really be able to build a system you will like for this budget.

I wouldn't worry about the CPU, the graphics card is underpowered compared to it. I would try to install windows via USB so you can skip the DVD drive and ditch the extra fan so you can get a better GPU.

I know it's no gaming card, but I saw some videos on youtube and other places playing games on good settings with the same processor as this. Also, the benchmark is O.K, it's is the high-end video card section. The benchmark is higher than the Radeon 6730M and is comparable to the 550M. For the games that I'm playing, which mostly aren't graphics intense, will it be able to handle them? Also, I will be playing on a 720p or 1080i monitor most likely.

For $280 Wisecracker is correct, a Trinity APU build is your best choice.

I'd look at the following:

AMD A8-5600K Trinity APU-HD7560D with ASRock FM2A75M-DGS FM2 A75 $155

Crucial Ballistix 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1866 9-9-9-24 $25

Samsung F4 Spinpoint 320GB SATA Hard Drive $45

Rosewill MicroATX Slim Case with 300W PSU $45

Totals to $270 leaving $10 which will cover shipping to nearly any state. Will have no problems running MMO's and other F2P games that you're demanding of it.

Note that while there were cheaper cases, the Rosewill cost $2, compared to $10 for the others, to ship. And its actually of acceptable quality compared to APEX cases.

Also I didn't include a Optical drive since its looks like everything you plan on playing is online based, plus as others have said you can install Win7 from USB. Or do what I did, and borrow a DVD drive from another computer in the house just to install Win7.

Let us know what you think!

Eh the 440 isn't ALL that bad. I mean I gave a spare one to my friend to play League of Legends on and it served its purpose just fine.

There are better options though.
