I got a couple of xfx 6950 2gb (http://www.komplett.no/k/ki.asp?sku=639513)

Ive heard these are good for overclocking, but for some reason I cant overclock them over 840/1325, it gives me a bluescreen if I try.

Why?

I dont got any screenshot or dumpfile from the bsod since I just reinstalled windows.

Hey you know what you're talking about too, but yea I think I can type quicker. I finally won!

That shouldn't be a big problem at all. The 6950 is in theory a de-tuned 6970. I was able to mod the entire card to run at the specs of a 6970. I'm running two of them as well with that spec. You should be able to go 880Mhz on core clock and 1375Mhz on memory clock. If you're getting BSOD it can be other things that might be interfering with the power line of the card

What motherboard are you using? Are you using any throttling strings withing the board I.E. Asus uses core line calibration to make sure that you do not use more power than is needed.

you gotta to take into consideration why the 6950 is a 6950 instead of a 6970...it could be a binned card that cannot run at 6970 speeds or it could just simply be a 6970 badged/clocked as a 6950 to fill a market void.

The temps have always been good, 30-35C on idle and rarely pass 70 when gaming.

No I havent, cause im unsure how much memory clock I need to remove.
