Monitor Showing Out Of Range

My monitor is Lg w1943c with one VGA port and I've bought a Zotac GTX 550ti (2xDVI,1xMini HDMI) on tommorow ....
i'm connecting my monitor to the card with a DVI-VGA converter...display works fine....but whenever i tries to start a game it's showing 85.5Mhz/60MHz Out of Range.......Now i'm unable to play any game...plz help

My System Biodata...
Cpu-Intel core2duo 2.8GHz
Board-Intel Dg31pr
2gb ddr2 ram
600watt psu


Please kindly help me....

Sounds like you games video is set outside the range of the monitor. Go into the game settings for video and adjust down the settings to the acceptable range.

Go into Nvidia Control Panel and go to the "change resolution" section. Change the refresh rate to 59Hz.

the sounds are coming but monitor is showing nothing but Out Of Range

Yea go into the Control Panel and change it to 59Hz
