My daughter has a Nokia 3300 and a DKU-2 data cable.
When plugged in to the PC's USB port, we can view all folders in File Explorer except the one for pictures.
Anyone know of a solution to this problem that would allow her to copy pictures (jpgs) from her PC to her phone?
TIA.

This is how I used to copy pictures (jpgs) from my PC to my Nokia 3300
phone:
I would edit the image I wanted to use to a small size. i.e between 2 and
20k.
I would then upload it to my personal website.
I would then type the URL for the image in the phone's browser.
The image would appear on the phone and would save it.
I have a feeling that you were looking for a solution that used the DKU-2,
but I am afraid that one does not exist. At least that I know of. Unless
your daughter is deeply in love with the qwerty keyboard with no backlight
on the 3300 I would recommend getting the Nokia N-Gage. It does everything
the 3300 does, only it does it a lot better AND there are a lot more
features to it. One of them is being able to upload images using a standard
USB cable, not some over-priced Nokia DKU-something.

P.S. There are now two versions of the N-Gage, I am referring to the larger,
older model not the QD.

Images in this phone are being stored in phone's Gallery. You can read
this phone's gallery with special technological F-Bus cable, which
connects under the phone's battery, and our program Oxygen Phone
Manager II ( http://www.opm-2.com/ ). You can read phone's Gallery
even with free trial version of our software.
Note: connection by technological cable is unofficial and your phone's
warranty voids, if you use this cable.
DKU-2 cable doesn't suit for data synchronization purposes, as there
is no physical contact between phone section itself and POP-port. You
can only manage MMC-card and MP3 files using DKU-2 cable connection.
