hi guys, im planning on buying a graphics card to further my gaming abilities.

Im planning to buy it sometime this month probably next week.

Right now im using amd a8 3870k integrated 6550D graphics and have a OCZ modxstream 600w psu

I have an amd a8 3870k and 8GB of gskill ripjaw ddr3 1866 memory

i would prefer newegg or canada computers but i guess anything is fine

I dont really care about the brand but i hear that amd/ ati cards are better for the mid range price.

i dont overclock and do plan on running eith sli or crossfire later on

my monitor resolution is 1920x1080

i do wish that the graphics card has a pretty big fan for the better cooling and i do have 4 case fans at the moment.

I was looking at the 7770 and the 6850 but any suggestions will help! Thanks!

For gaming at 1920x1080 the HD 7770 would be OK if you don't mind lowered details. The HD 6850 would be a bit better at that resolution. But to play the latest and greatest GPU-demanding games with all their eye candy, you would be better off with one of these:

Newegg.ca should have them if you are from Canada.
