Looks really good!

You should consider an additional SSD for a boot drive. You might be able to keep this within your budget if you replace the motherboard with an Asrock z77 Extreme 4 (saves you around 45bucks). Not necessary, but does give you a nice boost as regards boot times and application loading, etc...

Agree, ideally use an SSD, for OS and main games. If not, suggest you use the better performing Caviar Black, for HDD.
You will need an aftermarket cooler, if you want to overclock. Even if you don't want to overclock, immediately, it can be a good idea to fit one, from the start, as it will be quieter, especially if working, in a hot environment (not so bad, if you have air conditioning). The Coolermaster Hyper 212Evo is a good, low cost one. You should get Low Profile RAM, to avoid possible clash with high heat-sinks. GSKill Ares, Corsair CML, or Crucial Ballistix Sport, all good.

Agree w/ SSD and CPU cooler. ASRock will save you some money as well. I love my SSD every time I turn on my computer. Intel 330/335, Samsung 830, and crucial M4 are all great. I have a 3570k and ASRock z77 Extreme 4 and they are awesome. I have not overclocked yet - no need for my games, but will when and if I need the extra fps.

Good Luck!
