I'm looking to build a new gaming PC and upgrade from my one that is 4 years old. I play games like Assassin's Creed, Batman Arkham City, Dishonored, etc. No plans for crossfire as of now.

Here is what I am thinking about getting, but I m having trouble trying to figure out which motherboard to get for under $175.

CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K 3.4GHz LGA 1155 Processor
Motherboard: ?
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Storage: SAMSUNG 830 Series MZ-7PC128B/WW 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Video Card: GIGABYTE GV-R787OC-2GD Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
Power Supply: Not sure which one yet. Just waiting for the right deal.

Let me know what you think.

Are you overclocking? If you are, you are going to need a CPU cooler. If not, then you can save money by going with a regular i5-3470 and a H77 motherboard.

If you are overclocking, the ASRock Extreme4 would go very well with the 3570K and leave money for a CPU cooler.

Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, and PC Power & Cooling are good PSU units just fyi.
