Hit start then start to type the name of the program(or look for it in ALL APPS).
It will search on its own and find it.
Now just right click on the program and select Pin to start from the options that appear on the bottom of the screen.
It should now appear at the end of your start screen, drag it to the desired location and enjoy.

If this does not work, let me know, you may have other options as well.
