Need help fast!

So recently, I built an apu build. Still could not get it to work, as it's probably the ram / cpu or both.

I already put the CPU cooler on the cpu, which means the thermal paste is also on the cpu. Will they still let me turn it in to new egg and get a replacement? Same thing with ram.

I'm still in my 30 day warranty, so could anyone give help please?

I had to return a CPU to Newegg once. I just whipped it off with some alcohol on a cotton ball. As long as it's in their replacement period they will accept it.
