Looks okay to me.

You can get away with 450w though.
Also, ODD is hardly a concern since almost all of them perform just about the same.

I won't get a Kingston RAM mainly 'cause most of their products lately run at 1.65v which is bad for Intel CPUs, not to mention voids warranties.

If you can stretch your budget a little, I'd go with an H77 or B75 motherboard.
H61 has a bit of problems and most of the time require you to flash a bios.

I'm assuming you're not buying from Newegg...?
Can I have the link to the store you're looking at?

Pretty sure HyperX Blu RAMs are 1.65v too.

Yes, that's the standard RAM voltage and is also the max that Intel will accept.

quick question when building the pc.. can i place the motherboard on the box it came in (not on the plastic bag coz its risky i kno) and put pressure on it? coz im worried that when i install the heatsink (stock) it'll damage it when i put pressure.. i dont wanna risk more by lifting the sides then pushing it.. what i wanna do is just push it while its flat
