Looks okay to me.

You can get away with 450w though.
Also, ODD is hardly a concern since almost all of them perform just about the same.

I won't get a Kingston RAM mainly 'cause most of their products lately run at 1.65v which is bad for Intel CPUs, not to mention voids warranties.

If you can stretch your budget a little, I'd go with an H77 or B75 motherboard.
H61 has a bit of problems and most of the time require you to flash a bios.

i switched my build alittle bit.. i changed my mobo to an ASrock b75 pro3-m and changed the RAM to Kingston HyperX blu 1600mhz and the psu to Enermax Tomahawk2 500W. that okay?

if you look above its my new build (reply to excella) i changed my motherboard to asrock b75 pro3-m, my ram to vengeance corsair 1600mhz and my psu to enermax tomahawk2.. if i buy the intel core i3 3220 will it actually be any better and will it be compatible? cause its only a $1 difference and could u please check if my new build is compatible? THANKS!

quick question when building the pc.. can i place the motherboard on the box it came in (not on the plastic bag coz its risky i kno) and put pressure on it? coz im worried that when i install the heatsink (stock) it'll damage it when i put pressure.. i dont wanna risk more by lifting the sides then pushing it.. what i wanna do is just push it while its flat
