Crossfire and anno 2070

i currently have 2 x 5850 in crossfire, i have downloaded the latest crossfire profile for this game.

the game seems laggy in crossfire and perfect with 1 card.

however i am getting higher fps with the crossfire setup????????????

Frames: 2487 - Time: 41949ms - Avg: 59.286 - Min: 52 - Max: 64

Frames: 2315 - Time: 38564ms - Avg: 60.030 - Min: 56 - Max: 65

as with all crossfire setups (except with very high end cards) you will be experiencing microstuttering. this is like tiny little 'pauses' which happen due to alternate frames of the game being processed by both cards.

however, it seems like your cpu might be bottlenecking you or something else isnt right as you are getting same frames with both setups. that or you have v-sync on, which can sometimes cause smoothness issues with crossfire.

iv ran furmark and my score is doubled with crossfire enabled, its maybe the microstuttering. thanks
