Primary DNS not communicating

Change your DNS server? Most routers have an administrative interface where you can change your DNS server(s) for all users. Or you can override the DNS server(s) returned by DHCP on the client by changing your TCP/IP configuration (and then it only affects that machine).

At a command prompt, type 'ncap.cpl' (no quotes) and hit enter. Right click your network connection, select properties, double-click TCP/IP v4 in the list of connection items, and manually override the DNS settings.

You could try something like 8.8.8.8 (which I believe is Google), or OpenDNS (208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220).
