I'm not sure what you mean.

Use both cards at the same time, yes sure. One monitor on each works fine. I've got a gt520 (at x8) for web browsing on one monitor and a gtx460 (at x16) for wow/diablo3 on another.

Use them both like in some kind of hybrid sli? - Nope.
