Track my stolen laptop with MAC Address

Is there a chance of tracking a laptop using Their MAC or IP Addresses??

All u can do is look in the pawn shops in your area and check Craigslist and such.

Assuming this is a laptop that's already lost/stolen, next time install Prey, and hide the directory it's installed in as well. Not a perfect solution, assumes the user can and does login, but at least then there's a chance.

No but you can register the model number with several organisations and the local police to see if it pops up. That's about all you can do...
