How to fix error code 0xc0000e9 if you can t get into safe mode

my computer well no intsall the disk of windows 7 its keep saying error code or it well not load at all and it well just froze and i can,t get into safe mode . how can i fix this problem? my email is sonicrock100@yahoo.com

If the error code is 0xc00000e9, then you may have a defective hard disk or the DVD is defective. Is it an original or did you burn it yourself? If you burned it, do it again at the minimum speed, e.g., 2X.
