I have a computer that I have upgraded various parts over the years but I cant seem to get good FPS on games. I am playing CS GO on LOW settings and get 60-70 FPS on the best. Here is what I have:

Video Card - Radeon HD 6850
CPU - AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+
Motherboard - FOXCONN A7GM-S
RAM - Corsair 8 gig DDR2 Part Number CM2X2048-6400C5

What do I have wrong is it my processor and MB limited my computer? I know my vid card is good that was a recent purchase.

I used to overlock my computer and stuff but its been years since I am a family man now. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Your CPU is pretty old, so that's why you're getting poor framerates on low settings... on low settings your GPU has less work to do so the limiting factor for performance is the CPU.
