I have 16gb of ram and a 560 Video card along with a 2 1 TB HD's does this sound like a decent system ? Any input is appreciated

I would go with this power supply, Rosewill CAPSTONE Series CAPSTONE-550-M 550W ATX12V v2.31 & EPS12V v2.92 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply , and also a Samsung 830 ssd to install the operating system on.

What is your budget? What will this rig be used for?

There are a few things you could change...one of them being the PSU.

Around 600 is my budget I just need a nice rig for gaming, doesn't need all the bells and whistles, and I am not set on AMD as well it just seems to be the best price / preformance chip I have seen
