AMD GPU on Intel Processors

i want to buy a AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5450 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card , but does it'll work on my config ?
i have intel dual core 2nd gen G630 2.7ghz with 2gb ddr3 ram and 500 gb hdd.

Depends on your mobo ( pcie version ) and what pcie version from that 5450 is.

It would be more helpful to know what motherboard you have; make and model.

Generally speaking, as long as the mobo has a pcie slot, an AMD gpu card will work with an intel cpu.

I am currently running an i7-920 on a ASRock mobo with a XFX 5850 and have no hardware related issues between the cpu and gpu.

It would work with that processor, but I see no use for buying it anyway: just connect the monitor to the motherboard, because HD 5450 isn't much more powerful than that.

then can you suggest me a gfx card under 3000INR [INR = indian rupees] because i m not satisfied with my onboard graphics
