With the Pentium G630 your ram will be limited to 1066 speed. If you get a Pentium G860 or G850 ($15 more) your ram will run at the intended 1333 speed. Don't know whether the difference would be perceptible.

Nothing to complain about, that 6770 might kill performance a bit, I would check your local craigslist or check eBay for a 6870 or 6950, and 560ti's from Nvidia are pretty good too. That Mobo seems a little sketchy to me, maybe try to stretch the budget for something by Gigabyte or Asus, AsRock is good too.
