With the Pentium G630 your ram will be limited to 1066 speed. If you get a Pentium G860 or G850 ($15 more) your ram will run at the intended 1333 speed. Don't know whether the difference would be perceptible.

Nothing to complain about, that 6770 might kill performance a bit, I would check your local craigslist or check eBay for a 6870 or 6950, and 560ti's from Nvidia are pretty good too. That Mobo seems a little sketchy to me, maybe try to stretch the budget for something by Gigabyte or Asus, AsRock is good too.

Kill performance? How so?

My 6770 plays most of today's settings on very respectable settings with high frames. Its paired with a G530, and it plays Skyrim on medium-high.
