Driver 12.7 beta-12.8

I've been running 12.7 beta since is release with no issues using 7970. Now i've noticed threads over the web with issues with the 12.8 and i feel like i have no need to download it. Why i am here is i want a real awnser as to why i should. I play BF3 Skyrim Shogun all completely max settings without any problems, so help me figre why i should switch over to 12.8 right now. Thank you.

Don't switch. Or try 12.8 and if you have issues revert back to 12.7 beta.

isint the 12.8 just a revised version of the 12.7? Seems like its driver for win 8 support and crossfire which i use neither

Each driver is a revision of the previous driver. Sometimes they add features, sometimes they fix problems, sometimes they do both, sometimes they break things.

I am running 12.8 on my 7770 and 6670 and have had no issues at all. If everything is working fine for you then don't update the drivers.
