300 dollar graphics card

Hey im going to build a pc and i need help on picking graphics card
I need hdmi and vga but i dont need vga that much
And im shopping from amazon the budgetis 300 dollars on the graphics card and if you can improve the pc the total cost of the computer is around 850 to 900 but i dont want it to be anything more

Though to answer the first question, I suggest a 7950.
