Wireless is not working in window 7 64 bit but its works 32 bit

Hello,
I'm staying n hotel, its having secured wirless netwrk, but its not working in my windows 7 64 bit, but it works in 32 bit..
how to resolve this issue..
anyidea.. pls sugges me..

Too many possibilities !
1. Does your win7 64 have proper drivers?
2. Wifi switch turned on/ Does it detect the wifi?
3. Has it ever worked on wifi?
4. Wifi key entered correctly?
