Help on New Budget Gaming build

Hello i have finally decided what parts i am going to get for my new pc, is everything compatible and will run fine? Here are the parts:

Case: CiT Vantage Gaming Case Blue
CPU: Intel core i5-3470
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G41 1155 Socket motherboard
RAM: Corsair XMS3 8GB (2x4GB)
PSU: Corsair CX500 V2
HDD: Western Digital Cavier Blue 500GB HDD
GPU: MSI Twin Frozr GeForce GTX 660 2GB
Optical Drive: Samsung 22x DVD Writer

Is this build good for gaming and is everything compatible with each other?

  1. yeah it's decent for gaming and it will all fit. what resolution are you playing on?
  2. Looks good. The only thing I would change is the 660 to a Radeon 7870 or 7950, expecially if you run a higher resolution.
  3. I'm playing on a 1920x1080 resolution. (I think..)
